Time to get your adrenaline pumping as you hunt black bears with one of the premier houndsmen in New Mexico. There is nothing like hearing the baying of the hounds echo through the mountains as they catch the scent and strike out in pursuit of your trophy. Hunts are conducted on foot and/or horseback and typically take place in Southeastern New Mexico. This outfitter has produced high shot opportunities over the past few years, and the areas hunted have a large population of color phase bears, including bears in the chocolate, cinnamon and even blonde color phases. Accommodations are local motels or rented cabins, and meals are at local restaurants. The outfitter only takes 10 hunters per year in order to continue to provide a phenomenal hunt at an exceptional price. If you are looking for a high success rate with a great chance at harvesting a color phase bear, this is the hunt for you! #265
