All hunts are conducted 1×1 by skilled guides using proven spot-and-stalk and glassing methods. Accommodations vary by location, ranging from modern tented camps to rustic cabins.
Success rates are outstanding—hunters have enjoyed 95%+ shot opportunities on bulls averaging 55″–65″+, with the occasional giant pushing 70″. Trophy mountain caribou are also available on a trophy-fee basis, with many scoring 360″–400″+ B&C.
Most packages are offered as combination hunts, making this one of the most attractive opportunities for serious big-game hunters.

Your hunting license is free in the Northwest Territories but species tags are $105.00 each.
Your license and tags should be purchased in advance by filling out a hunting license application form provided by the outfitter.
Government of the NWT trophy fees are $420 each for Moose and Caribou and $210 each for wolf and wolverine.
These fees are payable to the Government of the NWT at the conclusion of your hunt.
All hunters are required to pay the $125 Non-Resident Hunting Preservation Fund fee. WTA will collect this fee.

$1,400 due directly to charter company upon arrival.
Fly to Edmonton, AB and overnight. The following morning, fly to Norman Wells NWT. Outfitter will meet you and charter to camp.
Easy: Somewhat easy walking when it comes to physicality. Minimal walking or hiking and terrain is very accessible. Mostly hunting from blinds or tree stands.
Moderate: Physicality is somewhat moderate to advanced. Spot and stalk method of hunting as well as some hunting from blinds. Terrain can vary from prairies to mountains at higher elevations.
Difficult: Requires an advanced degree of physical endurance. Terrain is typically more mountainous and hunting can take place at higher elevation.
Extreme: Most difficult and physically demanding hunts. Requires advanced to extreme endurance and terrain or game pursued may involve dangerous situations.
