This 3,000-acre WTA-exclusive destination is home to some spectacular eastern turkey hunting! An extremely low amount of pressure is put on these birds each season with the property only seeing 8 hunters per year. Turkey numbers are dense and this is one of the best-managed turkey hunting destinations east of the Mississippi. Hunts are conducted from well-placed ground blinds in known travel corridors, strutting areas, and over food plots. Hunters are allowed to harvest 1 bird per on the over-the-counter license. Although the property is a great value in the turkey hunting world, the shining star is the people you will be hunting with. This is a family-run destination that pairs great ground with a strong turkey population and good hometown hospitality! Each hunter will stay in the newly-constructed lodge in private bedrooms, have home-cooked meals, and plenty of room to roam while chasing elusive Eastern gobblers. Space is limited. Day 1: Arrive Cleveland, OH, rent vehicle and drive to the lodge located near Wellington, OH (45 mins- 1 hr. drive SW) exact directions will be supplied at the time of booking. Arrive to camp after 3:00pm on this day.
