Archery: November
Muzzleloader: October
Rifle: November
Oklahoma continues to catch the attention of whitetail addicts everywhere with great genetics, over-the-counter tags, and the ability to bait on private ground. That being said, WTA is excited to offer this exceptional outfitter in central Oklahoma where they have secured over 15,000 acres of well-managed, private ground composed primarily of creek bottoms, farmland, and CRP sections. Along with having this prime deer habit, supplementing with bait sites and the constant use of trail cameras have provided customers with great opportunities to harvest mature deer above the 140-inch class.
The archery hunts are solely focused on the rut in November. Also note, that Oklahoma is a full-inclusion crossbow state, meaning that a crossbow can be used during the regular archery season. The Muzzleloader season is a great opportunity to see these bucks on their feet as they get into pre-rut mode at the end of October, while the rifle season is towards the middle or tail end of November where you could still see great rut action. The hunts will be conducted from strategically-placed tree stands, grounds blinds over food plots, and/or feeder locations with a mix of some spot and stalk situations.
The comfortable lodge is just a few miles north of Enid, OK and is a big part of the overall experience, providing you with a clean, comfortable, and modern facility along with peace and quiet that is second to none.
