August-November
This safari location is one of the highest quality wild areas in Africa. Our hunting area in the Kilombero Valley consists of over 14,000 square kilometres of unspoiled African wilderness.

Here you will find a minimal human footprint. The Kilombero Valley holds one of Africa’s most scenic ecosystems with large perennial rivers, forests, miombo woodlands and mountains.
Our Kilombero hunting blocks are home to the highest density of Cape buffalo in all of Tanzania. Not only are there thousands of buffalo, but the genetics here are among the best in Africa with some truly incredible bulls being taken every season. The resident buffalo herds attract a high number of lion. Leopard are prolific throughout the Kilombero Valley and success rates are very high. Â The river systems are known for a high density of crocodile and hippo. Besides dangerous game, the Kilombero Valley also host a variety of plainsgame species including sable and eland.
The two camps are as nice as you will find anywhere in wild Africa today with chalets and East Africa style luxury tents. Wonderful food is served, and all your needs will be met.
This area is also know for it’s world class tigerfishing. The Mnyera and Ruhudji Rivers which flow through our Kilombero Valley hunting blocks offer this incredible bonus. These rivers are widely regarded as the best tiger fishing rivers in all of Africa. Here you can target trophy fish in the 10 – 25lbs pound range with great success!
