Rusa Deer Hunt in Mauritius

A native species since the 1600’s Rusa Deer hunting on the Island of Mauritius is an ideal destination to combine quality hunting with a memorable vacation. The island is widely regarded as an exceptional fishing, and vacation destination, however for years our parter has also been hosting hunters from all over the world to experience the hunting culture. The Rusa Deer is hunted in spot and stalk method, with very high success rates. The outfitters works directly with the two largest hunting areas on the island, one in the west and one in the east.

In the east you will find an environment which produces excellent trophies, and is dense, almost like a tropical forest with dispersed fields and clearnings. In the west, the area feel more like an african savannah, with large open tracks.

Hunting takes places over a few days, so we are also very excited to offer all inclusive sightseeing packages as well.
