October-February
After the finish of the hunt for the largest red stags during rut time, hunting continues for younger and smaller stags from October to January. They move extensively even during the day, as the old red stags rest after rut time. Some of them even enter mating in October, so hunting remains interesting and exciting well into October and beyond. In the winter months, red stags make large groups, so hunters can choose from several males. Hunting is mainly done by spot & stalk method and the hunt start early in the morning. Hunters have a break during lunch and the hunt continues in the afternoon. When hunter
get their red stag, they can continue to hunt females & calfs and young wild boars for free.
There is a very strong population of red deers in the hunting areas, so the success rate is 100%.
