April-October
A South African safari is a heart-pounding adventure that blends the ancient art of walk-and-stalk hunting with the awe-inspiring experience of encountering the Big Five on every outing.
Imagine traversing the rugged, untamed landscapes of South Africa, where each step brings you closer to elusive Buffalo. The thrill of the hunt is palpable as you rely on your instincts, skill, and a deep connection with the environment to quietly approach your quarry. The walk-and-stalk method isn’t just about the hunt; it’s about immersing yourself in the wild, feeling the pulse of the land under your feet, and experiencing the hunt as our ancestors did.
This safari is not just about the thrill of the chase; it’s about experiencing the primal beauty of Africa, where every outing becomes a story of survival, adventure, and the timeless dance between predator and prey.
You will be hunting 50 000 acres each day, and the area has lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, buffalo, croc and hippo, so you may encounter all of the dangerous 7 in oneway.
There is a buffalo population of over 3000 animals, and the hunt will be conducted by tracking. Most SA buff hunts are spot from truck and stalk for a shot, but because this area can be very thick and wild, these buffalo must be tracked as you would win Zimbabwe, Zambia, etc. The large resident herd and the tracking hunt are what set this hunt apart from other South African buffalo hunts.
There is a wealth of plainsgame that may also be hunted at trophy fee rates, including some of the best nyala in Africa.
After a thrilling day of hunting and exploration, relax and unwind at the camp where a private chef will prepare gourmet meals using fresh, local ingredients. Savor delicious dishes that reflect the flavors of Africa, making your safari experience truly exceptional. Whether you’re in the heart of the wild or under a starry sky, each meal will be a celebration of the day’s adventures.
