South Dakota’s West River is known for its diverse deer population having both ample populations of Mule and Whitetail deer. This WTA Exclusive outfitter has thousands of acres along the South Dakota/Nebraska border to explore. When you have a West River Special buck tag in your pocket there is no better place to come with the opportunity at a trophy class deer of either species. The ground here is diverse, rolling hills and sandhills to farm ground with tree claims and creek bottoms. All this combines to produce big deer. The hunts will be conducted 2×1 with only a handful of hunts available each year. By keeping the number of hunters low, the quality of the herd will be easy to manage year in and year out. Accommodations are a nice ranch house and the use of a lofted living area in a building on the farm. Meals and lodging are included. Grab and go breakfast in the morning, easy bag lunch in the field, and a good home-cooked dinner to end the day.
If you fill your deer tag early, you are welcome to hunt some of the best wild pheasant hunting in the west for $300 per gun/per day(with applicable small game license)
This hunt does require 2 preference points to draw it 100%. If you would like to get a portfolio started to build the points necessary to go on this hunt call our TAGS dept today and talk with a consultant!
