What better way to extend your hunting season than pursuing North America’s most elusive predator. This Southern Idaho outfitter is offering trophy mountain lion hunts from December 1st to the end of March. With seasoned hounds, and some of the best handlers in the business, you are sure to be on the edge of your seat while you watch and listen as the dogs work their way through a trail. With a track record of 100% for several years on mature lions, this outfitter and his hounds know how to get you in position for a successful hunt. These hunts will be conducted out of 4×4 vehicles along with ATV’s, and Snowmobiles. Fly to Idaho Falls, Idaho where you will be picked up by the outfitter and transferred to camp.
Fly to Boise Idaho, rent a vehicle where you will proceed to Idaho Fall, Idaho (approx. 2 hour drive) where you will link up with the outfitter and proceed to camp
Easy: Somewhat easy walking when it comes to physicality. Minimal walking or hiking and terrain is very accessible. Mostly hunting from blinds or tree stands.
Moderate: Physicality is somewhat moderate to advanced. Spot and stalk method of hunting as well as some hunting from blinds. Terrain can vary from prairies to mountains at higher elevations.
Difficult: Requires an advanced degree of physical endurance. Terrain is typically more mountainous and hunting can take place at higher elevation.
Extreme: Most difficult and physically demanding hunts. Requires advanced to extreme endurance and terrain or game pursued may involve dangerous situations.
