Texas Estate Hunt for Whitetails and Exotics

The real highlight of this ranch is the hunting. If you are looking for giant whitetails or exotics, they will not disappoint. They have lots of species to choose from and offer them at a very reasonable price. The whitetail deer archery hunts start the first Saturday in October and run through the first Saturday in November. If you don’t have your own bow you are welcome to use one of several Raven crossbow that are kept at the ranch for clients. This archery only gives archers the chance to hunt animals that haven’t been shot at with a rifle. Then the rifle hunts begin the first Saturday of November and runs until the first Saturday in January. You can also do archery hunts during rifle season if that is your preference. Hunting is done mostly from comfortable blinds. They also have some handicap hunting blinds that have ramps to accommodate a wheelchair. If you want to do some spot and stalking or safari style hunting in the middle of the day they are happy to accommodate. The Red Stag and Fallow hunting goes from September through February. Axis, Gemsbok, and Transcaspian Urial are offered year round. Texas whitetail license or exotic game license is required and can be purchase online.

The price is fully inclusive. It includes all amenities offered at the lodge. It includes, quartering of animal, alcoholic beverages, and airport pickup and drop off. It doesn’t include licenses or gratuities. The cost for a non hunter/observer is $500 a day. The hunts are 2 days and 2 nights.
