November Wednesday – Saturday (4-day hunts)

Southern Alberta is home to some of the largest Mule Deer in North America. This family-run operation has successfully hosted trophy mule deer hunters for two decades. The hunting area consists of hundreds of square miles of native grasslands mixed with agricultural fields. This region also boosts good genetics and typically has mild winters, which are critical factors in producing giant deer.

All hunts are fully guided 1×1 by experienced guides with access to private lands. You and your guide will spend countless hours glassing until the desired trophy is found. The hunt areas are accessed by pickup trucks, with most of the hunting in the AM and PM. This region is a draw area for Alberta residents, thus minimal pressure. The outfitter takes a limited number of deer hunters per year and usually only runs 2 – 3 hunters per week. Shot opportunities over the past years have been extremely high on mature bucks measuring 170 to over 180″ and top-end bucks pushing the 200″ mark.

Accommodations are in their ranch house and home-cooked meals are served daily. You will come as a stranger and leave as a friend. Alberta deer hunts like these are a diamond in the ruff, we are very excited to offer these trophy hunts to WTA customers. Early reservations are a must.
