This hunt takes place in the famous Sierra de Gredos mountain range. Our outfitter has private areas with a large number of tags per year, as well as the most state area tags. This authentic hunting experience is unlike most ibex hunts. The real mountain feel and use of horses make it a unique experience for Spain. The area is culturally rich in addition to being a fantastic hunting destination. The lush mountains have excellent populations of Gredos ibex and red stag. Hunting is spot and stalk and hunters should be in good physical condition, however, accommodations can be made for less mobile hunters.
Packages include 5 days, 4 nights, and 3.5 hunting days, but packages are easily customized. The hunt is ideal for two hunters hunting together. You will see many Gredos ibex and red stag—it will be a hunt to remember.

Physical Level:
Easy: Somewhat easy walking when it comes to physicality. Minimal walking or hiking and terrain is very accessible. Mostly hunting from blinds or tree stands.
Moderate: Physicality is somewhat moderate to advanced. Spot and stalk method of hunting as well as some hunting from blinds. Terrain can vary from prairies to mountains at higher elevations.
Difficult: Requires an advanced degree of physical endurance. Terrain is typically more mountainous and hunting can take place at higher elevation.
Extreme: Most difficult and physically demanding hunts. Requires advanced to extreme endurance and terrain or game pursued may involve dangerous situations.
