Zambia Safari in the Luangwa Valley, Kafuwe Flats & Bangwelu Swamps

Outfitter #664
from
$16,250
Location:
Method:
Rifle
Dates:

May – October

Our Zambia outfitter hunts 6 of the best Luangwa Valley concessions bordering the South Luangwa or North Luangwa National Parks.

The lion, leopard, buff, hippo croc and plains game hunting is exceptional and the best in Africa. We have a 100% success rate on lion and leopard. There areas are crawling with leopard as the Luangwa Valley has the highest concentration of leopard in Africa. Unfortunately lion are not importable into the USA from Zambia currently but we hope this will change soon.

They hunt Sitatunga in Bangweulu swamps and the Kafue Basi which are top sitatunga areas with a 100% success rate.

Plus they have a top sable area in Zambia were they average 44 inches on our sable bulls. In this area with a bit of luck it is very possible to take a sable over 48 inches.

Hunting takes place in the Luangwa Valley , Kafuwe Flats, and Bangwelu Swamps on governmental conservation areas and large privately owned ranches, depending on the clients desired species. Grass thatched accommodations with delicious meals and daily laundry service.

Zambia ‘s climate is generally sunny and pleasant. Winters are cool to mild. November to March can be warm to extremely hot
