The Zambezi Valley has one of the highest concentrations of elephants in the world, and this area is one of the best in the Valley. This operator has made his reputation as being one of the “rock stars” of elephant hunting, and this is an experience like no other.

Whether you are tracking down an old tusker looking for a trophy bull, or hunting a tuskless cow, you will be on tracks every day and into elephants. On trophy hunts expect to look at a number of different bulls as you search for an old and worn bull that is a true trophy. On tuskless hunts, that may be the most exciting hunt in the world, you will be in elephants daily, often doing approaches on 2-4 groups in a day looking for a mature tuskless cow with no calf that fits the criteria. Be assured, on this hunt you will be up close and personal on a number of elephants, and your heart rate will be elevated to the max on a number of occasions.

They operate 5 safari camps, all of which are very clean and comfortable, and the food is amazing. Four of the camps are chalets, and a main open-air bar/lounge/dining area, and the other makes use of luxury East Africa style tents with on suite bathroom facilities. Everything in camp and all equipment are kept in top-notch condition. The camps are generator powered for electricity (220V), and laundry is done each day, so you can pack light.

This operator also gets 2 tags a year in the famous Kazuma area where bulls in the 60-65 pound range are the norm, but there is an honest chance for a gigantic bull in the 70-lb+ class on any given day. It is normal to see over 100 bulls on this safari. These hunts are priced on request, and are one of the best opportunities in Africa to take a monster bull.

Elephant bulls average 35-40 pounds but 60 pounders have been taken from time to time with over a 90% success rate. Those who go home without a bull just did not find THE bull they were looking for.

100% success on tuskless elephants.

98% success rate on hard bossed buffalo bulls over 5 years.
