Nevada elk units 072, 073, 074 include the famed Jarbidge Wilderness. This tag is best hunted via horseback. Our WTA TAGS endorsed outfitter in this area has been guiding clients to awesome bulls for four generations. They bring an accomplished resume of backcountry travel and elk hunting knowledge of this incredible wilderness.

These units typically offer non-resident sportsmen four different applications or hunts to choose from – the archery hunt Aug 25-Sept 16, one of the very few rut muzzleloader hunts Sept 17-30 and two different rifle hunts (early Oct 22 – Nov 5) (late Nov 6-20). With Nevada considering up to five application choices before moving to the next applicant – we can apply you for any or all of these choice to maximize drawing odds. Each hunt offering in this area has its benefits and all can produce bulls that shatter the 350″ mark. If unsuccessful in the draw you will obtain a bonus point which is then squared for future drawings – the best point system in the West!

Camp will consist of comfortable wall tents and a phenomenal, well trained cook that provides a well rounded menu to fuel your hunt.

If you have have drawn an 072, 073, 074 elk tag and now wish to locate the right outfitter, would like assistance applying into the Nevada elk draw, or wish to secure a landowner voucher please contact WTA TAGS at 1-800-755-TAGS(8247) or email us at TAGS@trophyadventures.com
