Florida Bass Fishing

Central Florida is the king of trophy largemouth bass. This full time guide focuses on the bass rich waters of famous Lake Okeechobee north to the Withlacoochee river. Whether it's trolling or casting wild shiners along heavy weed beds, this area is a bass fisherman's dream! Artificial lures such as plastic worms or top water plugs can also produce good numbers of fish and flipping in heavy cover will almost always produce a trophy fish, maybe even that 10 pounder! Florida is also home to many lakes that produce high numbers of crappie. In the fall and winter months, daily limits of crappie are the norm including fish over 2 pounds.
