Trip Details
Hunt trophy Alaska Barren Ground Caribou with one of our top outfitters along the north slope of the Brooks. This area is home to the Porcupine, Central Arctic, and Western Arctic Herds, offering some of the best caribou hunting in Alaska.
The hunt is fully guided, and the winner may choose to hunt with a rifle or a bow. Grizzly can be added on a trophy-fee basis with the proper tag. With thousands of square miles of prime caribou country, this is one of the highest-success trophy caribou hunts available.
Itinerary
- August 22 – Fly to Fairbanks, AK; overnight
- August 23 – Charter to Umiat, AK; outfitter will meet and charter to hunt area
- August 24-29 – Hunt
- August 30 – Return to Umiat, charter to Fairbanks and overnight
- August 31 – Return home.
Inclusions
Includes one bull caribou. All other species harvested on trophy fee basis.
Flight from Umiat to camp and return to Umiat.
Exclusions
Flight to Fairbanks, charter to Umiat, hotels before and after hunt.
Conservation Partner
WTA will donate 5% of the proceeds to the WTA Guardian Fund for conservation efforts. The Guardian Fund is a 501(c)3 which was established to ensure generations of wildlife and fishery resources through preservation, sustainable management, conservation, and education.

Winner’s Responsibility: License, and gratuities. Must have hunter’s safety card if born after 1/1/65.

Bonus Bucks can be applied toward the first payment or deposit on your next adventure with WTA or toward eligible fees on your next TAGS portfolio. Bonus Bucks are valid for one year from the date of your sweepstakes purchase.
