This hunt takes place on a 10,000-acre private ranch in northeastern Wyoming, a region well known for its outstanding mule deer hunting. The property consistently produces quality bucks in the 150–160 class, offering hunters an excellent opportunity at mature mule deer. This tag can be drawn with 0 points.
The hunt is conducted spot-and-stalk style, with plenty of time spent behind the glass locating and evaluating bucks before making a move. Once a target animal is spotted, you and your experienced guide will carefully plan and execute the stalk. Typical shot distances are around 200 yards. The landscape consists of open prairie, rolling sagebrush-covered hills, and rugged draws that provide exceptional mule deer habitat.
Meals and lodging are included with the hunt. Hunters can enjoy hearty home-cooked meals and clean, comfortable accommodations throughout their stay.
For those looking to extend the experience, a cow elk can also be added to the hunt. The cow elk tag is an over the counter tag. It’s a great opportunity to put additional high-quality meat in the freezer while enjoying more time in the field.
