Outfitter #086

Saskatchewan Black Bear - "Lakeside" Deluxe Lodge Hunts

Hunt trophy black bear in the forest fringe of Northwestern Saskatchewan. This seasoned outfitter has one of the largest guide use areas in the province encompassing over 350 square miles of heavy timbered areas combined with agricultural areas, lakes and streams. The location and abundance of habitat is the perfect recipe for producing trophy bears.

All hunts are guided with experienced guides using modern single and double well secured ladder stands over fresh bait stations. All stands are set up for both archery and rifle hunters and average shot distances are 20- 40 yards. This region of Saskatchewan has a very healthy bear population with a number of color phase bears taken annually. Over the years, hunters have experienced high shot opportunities on mature bears with a few stretching the tape over 6 1/2 feet. In addition to bear hunting, this outfitters operation sits on a lake full of walleye and northern pike making the perfect combination trip. Guests can fish mornings and hunt bears in the afternoon.

Accommodations are a comfortable deluxe lodge offering double occupancy bedrooms with all the amenities of home. Delicious home cooked meals are served daily. This is one of our top "GO TO" places for black bear hunters looking for quality hunting in the remote Canadian wilderness. Give WTA a call today.
