Trip Details
This premier Alberta wilderness horseback elk hunt takes place during the peak rut in over 2,800 square miles of remote Rocky Mountain terrain just north of Jasper National Park, an area known for producing exceptional trophy bulls.
Guided by an outfitter with more than 50 years of experience, hunters consistently encounter mature elk, with many bulls scoring between 310″ and 350″+, while enjoying personalized 1×1 guiding on horseback through pristine backcountry. Comfortable wall-tent base camps and the option to spike out deeper into elk country enhance this true wilderness experience.
